BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF 2023: hotspot for skin

Beautiful skin has long been a core theme of BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF. This spring the leading trade fair for the beauty industry will be featuring the BEAUTY full SKIN Stage in Hall 10 for the first time, a dedicated stage presenting over 30 expert lectures on skin cosmetics and care. Another new feature will be the technical talks specifically geared to the permanent make-up sector in conjunction with a championship for upcoming and professional PMU artists.

Applications for the two categories “Powder Brows” and “Volume Lips” can still be submitted by 31 January 2023 In 2023 BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF, the leading industry get-together for Cosmetics, Foot, Nail, Wellness and Spa, will see a new annual event for all PMU experts kick off: during the trade fair from 31 March to 2 April 2023 the “Permanent BEAUTY Masters” intend to captivate up-and-coming and professional permanent make-up artists as well as other interested parties with a mixture of championships, inspiring expert talks by top speakers from the PMU business and networking and entertainment elements for the first time now.

In 2023 the “Golden Mask for Make-Up Artistry” will go to Miriam Jacks, make-up artist, hair stylist, entrepreneur and founder as well as CEO of JACKS beauty line. Miriam Jacks toured all of Europe as a make-up artist, gave numerous celebrities a radiant appearance and was contracted as National Make-up Artist by L'Oréal Paris. At a relatively young age, Miriam Jacks can already look back on a very eventful career in the beauty business. The 39-year-old saw a meteoric rise to the premier league of make-up artists and also went full steam ahead as an entrepreneur but she also got to know the downsides of this business in depth with one insolvency and two burn-outs. “These setbacks have made me stronger and I would have never become so successful with my beauty brand without these experiences. Failure is part of life, but you have to be able to get back to your feet again and believe in yourself,” says Miriam Jacks. Leading Düsseldorf trade fair to present the full range of service cosmetics from 31 March to 2 April 2023
