SHERIDAN, WYOMING – April 18, 2025 – BMW Motorrad USA is setting the pace for the 2025 racing season with the official rollout of its Customer Race Support & Contingency Program—offering riders the opportunity to earn competitive rewards while gaining access to expert engineering support.

Since the first BMW motorcycle hit the road in 1923, customer racing has been at the heart of BMW Motorrad. That legacy continues in 2025 with a dynamic program focused on rewarding exceptional BMW motorcycle racing performances in the MotoAmerica Stock 1000 National Championship and major club racing series throughout the U.S.
Rewarding Racers, Backed by Engineering Expertise
Financial incentives and technical support for eligible riders
The 2025 program is designed to support and celebrate riders competing on eligible BMW models, including the M 1000 RR, S 1000 RR, and R nineT (model years 2021–2026). Racers in sanctioned classes such as MotoAmerica Stock 1000, CRA 1000 GT, and WERA A Superbike will have access to both financial rewards and engineering support.
Payouts in the MotoAmerica Stock 1000 range from $3,000 for first place to $1,000 for fifth, while regional club series awards go up to $800 for first and $200 for fifth.
BMW also continues its exclusive remote race engineering support, led by Steve Weir. “After an amazing 2024 season supporting racers across the country with unparalleled results totaling 20 Class Championships, 2 National Championships and the Canadian Superbike Championships, I look forward to supporting BMW racers in what is already starting off to be another incredible season with BMW Motorrad. BMW is the only manufacturer providing this level of race support to amateur, expert and professional racers across North America. How to Enroll in the 2025 Program
Simple steps to join the race-ready community
To participate, riders must complete the New Vendor Process and apply via the official BMW racing portal: racesupportprogram.bmwmotorcyclesevents.com. Enrollees will receive step-by-step instructions to complete the process and unlock the full benefits of the program.
Eligible riders will then be able to receive financial payouts and tailored remote data support throughout the 2025 season.
