SHERIDAN, WYOMING – June 17, 2025 – High-speed thrills, young talent, and a roaring new electric debut made the 43rd Rally Due Valli an unforgettable weekend for Lancia fans and motorsport lovers alike.
With 24 Lancia teams revving up at the starting line—19 of them driven by Under-35 racers—the adrenaline was palpable as the Ypsilon Rally4 HF dominated the tarmac. From fierce competition to a record-setting turnout at the Lancia Corse HF Village, the brand proved its motorsport heritage is alive and accelerating fast into the future.
Rising stars take the lead
It was a breakout moment for 23-year-old Davide Pesavento and co-driver Lorenzo Mattucci, who clinched their first win in the Trofeo Lancia, topping not only the Rally4 class but also the Junior and Under-25 categories. Their consistent lead from stage two brought a wave of victories across the leaderboard.
Right on their heels were Gianandrea Pisani and Nicola Biagi, who bounced back from a challenging start to seize top honors in the Master category, plus a win in the thrilling Miki Stage. Nicolò Ardizzone and Valentina Pisani rounded out the top three overall, claiming second in Junior after a determined performance.
Strong results across all categories
From Junior to Expert, the podiums were packed with impressive talent:
- Junior: Pesavento led the charge, followed by Ardizzone and Doretto.
- Master: Pisani triumphed, with the Austrian duo Lengauer-Rausch in second and Mazzocchi-Gonella in a photo finish for third.
- Expert: Vigliaturo and Corradini continued their dominance, while Lanfranchi-Lullo snatched third after an intense duel.
The standings reflect a tight race across the board, with Pesavento chasing Pisani in both the overall and Junior categories. Vigliaturo, meanwhile, enjoys a strong lead in the Expert division, setting the stage for a dramatic second half of the season.
The car behind the victory: Ypsilon Rally4 HF
Key to these successes is the Ypsilon Rally4 HF, a compact beast equipped with:
- A 212-hp 1.2 Turbo engine
- SADEV 5-speed gearbox
- Adjustable Ohlins shock absorbers
This high-performance two-wheel-drive vehicle is winning hearts fast—literally—selling over 90 models in just four months. It’s not only turning heads for its power and handling, but also becoming the go-to car for aspiring ERC talents aiming for 2026.
Electrifying excitement at Lancia Corse HF Village
