SHERIDAN, WYOMING – April 18, 2025 - Kia America earns top honors for its innovative TikTok campaign

Kia America has been recognized with the “Best Social Campaign” award by MediaPost for its trailblazing “Kia TikTok Creator Car Configurator,” marking a major milestone in digital automotive marketing.

A first-of-its-kind experience for car buyers

Launched in December 2024, the “Kia TikTok Creator Car Configurator” is the first-ever car configurator designed exclusively for TikTok. This interactive experience allows users to build their own Kia K4 compact sedan through a series of engaging videos created by eight popular TikTok influencers. Each video guides viewers through different Kia K4 trim levels and interior and exterior options, making the car-buying journey both fun and informative.

Recognized at a premier industry event

MediaPost presented the “Best Social Campaign” award at its 10th Annual “Best in Automotive” marketing awards during the Marketing: Automotive conference held at the New York International Auto Show on April 16, 2025, at the Jacob Javits Convention Center.

The distinguished panel of jurors included Tanya Gazdik (MediaPost), Ian Beavis (AMCI Global), and Scotty Reiss (A Girl's Guide To Cars), among others, who evaluated entries across several competitive categories including “Automotive Agency of the Year,” “Best Integrated Campaign,” and “Best Electric Vehicle Campaign.”
