For the twelfth consecutive year, Audi exclusive has brought its bespoke craftsmanship to Milan Design Week, this time in celebration of its 30th anniversary. At the center of attention is the stunningly upgraded Audi A6 Avant*, now dressed in a luxurious palette of Baikal Blue and Neodymium Gold, redefining what it means to drive a personalized luxury vehicle.
A milestone in custom automotive design
Since its founding in 1995, Audi exclusive has been at the forefront of automotive personalization. At this year’s design fair, which runs from April 7–13, Audi is pulling out all the stops with a special edition of the A6 Avant*, offering a bold glimpse into the future of custom luxury driving.
“Audi exclusive is built on the idea that your car is an unmistakable expression of your personality,” the company emphasizes. With an expanded range of colors, materials, and finishes, this year’s showcase elevates that philosophy to new heights.
Vibrant interiors and sophisticated details
A highlight for visitors is the upgraded interior of the A6 Avant*, featuring sports seats wrapped in a striking combination of Baikal Blue and Neodymium Gold. The contrasting Baikal Blue stitching adds elegance, while Vanadium accents underscore Audi’s obsession with detail.
“Neodymium is a metal that occurs naturally in combination with minerals. Our selection of colors was inspired by this luxurious element,” explains Color & Trim Designer Nadine Wolfinger. “Combined with the intense hue of Baikal Blue, the interior takes on a particularly elegant appearance. In bright light, the blue appears vibrant and radiant, but in subdued light it takes on a soothing, almost mystical depth.”
Innovative exhibits and sustainable materials
Audi’s immersive “Material Bar” invites visitors to experience the brand’s rich material palette firsthand. Three seating islands present a wide variety of leather textures and stitching combinations, letting guests explore the true breadth of Audi exclusive’s customization options.
Sustainability also plays a leading role. The microfiber Dinamica, used for various trim elements, feels like suede but is composed of about 50% recycled material. Meanwhile, the Kaskade fabric, paired with Neodymium Gold accents, echoes natural textures like wool and is crafted in part from recycled polyester.
Striking exteriors and cutting-edge lighting
Outside, the A6 Avant* exudes sophistication with its long wheelbase, sculpted body, and aerodynamic lines. With a drag coefficient of just 0.25, it’s the most aerodynamic Avant with a combustion engine in Audi’s history.
The exterior customization continues with more than 20 finishes, including bold options like Midnight Green, Ascari Blue Metallic, and Daytona Gray Pearl Effect—exclusively for S line models. The Nogaro Blue, a nod to legendary Audi heritage, also makes a striking return.
Complementing these hues are progressive wheel designs, including Audi Sport’s standout 21-inch multi-spoke wheels. One tri-color option, finished in burnished black, matte Neodymium Gold, and silver, turns heads with every spin.
New colorways and creative design packages
Inside, drivers can now select from eleven base colors and three accent tones, such as Ginger White, Almond Beige, Mint Gray, and Mora Violet. Two exclusive design packages allow for even more personalized flair.
One features bold contrasts with perforated napa leather and diamond stitching, while the other takes a softer approach with light gray Kaskade fabric and Neodymium Gold accents. Bright Orange stitching adds a fresh edge to any configuration.
Elegant inlays in natural textures
Audi exclusive further expands its offering with natural poplar wood in silver brown and a light gray linen decor—both new to the A6. These elements combine lightweight durability with visual sophistication and eco-friendly materials, including recycled fibers.
