This year, the Swiss Cooperative of Soft and Semi-Hard Cheese Manufacturers (SGWH for short) is once again bringing its specialties to Anuga. Internationally, the cooperative goes by cheese.ch.

The producers of Brülisauer Käse AG, Fromages Spielhofer SA and Seiler Käserei AG can be found on site. With their specialties in the areas of primal herb cheese, tête de moine and raclette, a wide range of delicate cheeses will be on display. The SGWH and its members stand for excellent quality and cheese made with love. Pure pleasure.
