Bavaria SR 33

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – January 19, 2023 – Bavaria will be presenting the smallest motor yacht in its SR line as a world premiere in Düsseldorf. Boasting four full-sized berths, the 11.40 m long Bavaria SR 33 is a space-saving wonder. Her silhouette strongly resembles that of her bigger sisters – Bavaria SR36 and Bavaria SR 41 – which will also be exhibited on the Rhine. No wonder: her design came care of the same designer – Marco Casali.

The similarities in design and furnishing are deliberate. The Bavaria SR 33 offers all the features that also distinguish other SR yachts; namely maximum comfort geared to families and close friends.

Axopar 45

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – January 19, 2023 – The new Axopar 45 is the world’s biggest outboard cabin yacht with 45-foot LOA. This slender yacht with a sporty silhouette offers a good alternative to bigger and more expensive motor yachts. And the best part: with three Mercury V8 300 Verado outboard motors this boat is also one of the most efficient 45-foot yachts on the market, by the shipyard’s account.

What was the idea behind the design of the Axopar 45 for the young shipyard that has built almost 1,000 boats in 2021? According to Axopar co-founder Jan-Erik Viitala the length is just right. He speaks of “rightsizing”. This becomes evident when looking at the enormously generous space especially below deck – plus several brand new design ideas.

X-Shore 1

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – January 19, 2023 – X-Shore from Sweden has built not only sustainable but also smart powerboats since 2016. To ensure electric motors become mainstream they have set a low price for their new tender model X-Shore 1. Paying from EUR 99,000 owners will get a 6.50 m long, open-deck electric boat that covers up to 50 nautical miles at a reasonable travel speed per battery charge. Or reaches a top speed of 30 knots alternatively.

There are various options for the superstructures but the X-Shore 1 exudes classic chic with all of them. The hull material – GFRP and carbon – is used so efficiently that this tender is extremely lightweight. As a result, a single 63 kWh battery suffices for sporty, fun cruising.

Iguana Foiler

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – January 19, 2023 – Anyone familiar with the tides on the Atlantic Coast will regard amphibious boats a real must. As soon as the tide ebbs out, the Iguana Foiler activates its tracks.

Delphia 10 Loungetop

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – January 19, 2023 – The next smallest Delphia 10 Loungetop will also see its Düsseldorf debut in January 2023. With a beam of 3.49 m and LOA of 9.78 m the boat is offered in three versions: Lounge, Loungetop and Sedan.

The Lounge version is purely a day cruiser and comes with an open cockpit. The Loungetop version is delivered with an extended roof that can be equipped with photovoltaics. These boats not only score points with explorers of inland waterways: both e-yachts can also cruise outside coastal waters in line with Category C.

Bénéteau Delphia 11

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – January 19, 2023 – Bénéteau makes Delphia Yachts the hallmark of sustainability: the new “hiking” and cruising boats for inland waterways come with electric motors – 100% from 2024. Delphia is the figurehead for mindful cruising. Mindful here primarily means noiseless and zero-emission cruising thanks to the fully electric drive by Torqeedo.

Delphia 11 kicks off the new strategy. 10.77 m long and 3.85 m wide, the boat comes to Düsseldorf as a trade fair premiere. With a draught of just 0.80m it can also cruise on tributaries and shallow bodies of water. The drive allows boaters to explore destinations prohibited for vessels with IC engines.

Candela C-8

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – January 19, 2023 – Candela founder Gustav Hasselskog had announced the launch for this spring – and he kept his promise. Not with a big bang, but with an almost noiseless ‘floating’, a new chapter was added to powerboating. The foiling speedboat Candela C-8 masterly lifted out of the water to foil over the Baltic Sea off Stockholm piloted by Gustav Hasselskog himself.

Now the world’s first all-electric foiling cabin day cruiser is ready for serial production. boot Düsseldorf will see the foiler celebrate its European trade fair debut in the hall. Boasting a bigger range, improved seagoing properties and over-the-air updates it is already now the best-selling electrical premium boat in Europe, say the manufacturers.

Axopar 25 Electric

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – January 19, 2023 – Axopar Boats presents the prototype of the Axopar 25 Electric in cooperation with the Norwegian e-motor producer Evoy. With this move the Scandinavians combine the versatile thrill seeker Axopar 25, which is both safe and sporty to sail, with the environmental friendliness of an electrical outboard motor.

The Evoy motor is the world’s first 300 HP e-outboard motor. The 800V system fed by two 63-kWh gyroscope batteries achieves a maximum speed of 50 knots and boasts impressive torque. The Axopar 25 is one of the few e-powerboats that also has a range of 25 nautical miles per battery charge outside of sheltered waters – at travel speeds between 22 and 30 knots.

Wellcraft 355

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – January 19, 2023 – Wellcraft defies the elements: by launching the Wellcraft 355 the US subsidiary of Bénéteau kicks off a powerful series of deckhouse yachts. In the USA this brand is known for fast, open powerboats. With their latest model the Americans are now boldly pushing the envelope.

The Wellcraft 355 is not only the shipyard’s biggest powerboat at present, but also the first with a closed deckhouse. With this move Wellcraft wants to offer boats to people who also like boating in inhospitable climes and heavy seas.

Her design, featuring a negative front screen and sharp inverted bow, echoes the rugged look of work or pilot boats. The deckhouse includes the two-seat cockpit but also a kitchenette and common area with room for five more people. In good weather a sliding roof lets in light and fresh air. The glazed rear wall can also be opened.

Rodman 690 Ventura CC und Rodman 790 Ventura CC

SHERIDAN, WYOMING – January 19, 2023 – Throughout its almost 50-year history the Spanish Rodman shipyard has specialised in both reliable and well thought-out powerboats. By launching the Ventura series they now round off their range in the compact class. The 7.70 m long Rodman 690 Ventura CCimmediately catches the eye with her centre console, easing access to the sunbathing areas on the aft and bow.

In the cockpit the rear seat can be supplemented by a side module and a table. Sun roofs are provided for both areas. The day cruiser can be fitted with a porta potti. Powered by a 200 hp outboard the 690 Ventura CC reaches almost 40 knots top speed.

Straight after presenting this new model, Rodman had already started working on new models and additional versions of the new series and have announced another Düsseldorf premiere with the Rodman 790 Ventura CC
