Q3 2024 Financial Highlights

Stellantis reported net revenues of €33.0 billion for the third quarter, a 27% decrease compared to the same period in 2023. This decline is primarily attributed to lower shipments, unfavorable sales mix, and the impact of pricing and foreign exchange.

Consolidated shipments for the three months ending September 30, 2024, were estimated at 1,148 thousand units, representing a 20% decline compared to the same period in 2023.

The term shipments describes volumes of vehicles delivered to our dealers, distributors, or directly from the Company to retail and fleet customers, which directly drive revenue recognition.
