SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Feb. 4, 2025 – Stellantis has announced the appointment of Alain FAVEY as the new Chief Executive Officer of Peugeot, effective February 3, 2025. Mr. FAVEY will report to Jean-Philippe Imparato, Enlarged Europe Chief Operating Officer, Stellantis.

A Distinguished Career in the Automotive Industry

A graduate of HEC Paris, Alain FAVEY brings over 35 years of experience in the automotive sector to his new role. He began his career with the PSA Group, where he served as Country Managing Director for Citroen in Denmark, Belux, UK, Italy, and France.1 In 2009, he joined Volkswagen AG, holding several leading international positions with Porsche Holding, Skoda, and Bentley.2 Most recently, he served as CEO of Europcar Mobility Group since June 2023.3

A Fond Farewell to Linda Jackson

Mr. FAVEY succeeds Linda Jackson, who has retired after 20 years with the company. Jean-Philippe Imparato commented, “Linda is one of the emblematic figures within Stellantis. Her determination, leadership, taste for innovation and great professionalism have enabled a remarkable repositioning of the Peugeot Brand in France and internationally, with in particular a distinctive range that has been completely renewed and is 100% electric. I would like to thank Linda for her years of commitment to Stellantis and for the major role she has played in the success of our electrification strategy.”
